Aging is inevitable but does it have to be something we dread?

And I don't like to use the word laziness because I don't think it's lazy, but people have become conveniently disengaged with movement and we need to move our bodies. We need to keep this life going. So are we aging well or are we just waiting for aging to happen until we die? That is a question I have for you all listeners. I choose to move as long as I can

It should be embraced because whatever fine lines on your face, the smile lines, the tension lines, these are the impression that you have lived your life fullest with the feelings, with the emotions. So aging should be embraced from the core. That's all I wanted to say. I'm summing up my statement here. Thank you so much

I so love the energy, and I look forward to more swells from you so we can continue to discuss all things fitness and health. Very, very passionate about it, too, if you can't tell. So thank you again for being a voice. Let's see if we can help people feel like they have a choice

Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much for your response. It is truly my passion, health, fitness, movement of the body, and eating nutritional good, nutrient rich food and surrounded by obesity everywhere. And it is just I'm past the point of disgusted because now I realize that it really isn't their fault. The food industry is putting high fructose corn syrup and everything, and we lack the education of our children to understand. And so how do you expect this society to change?
