The Morning Pages | How to become a better version of myslef?

article image placeholderUploaded by @ireneshares
Started. Swell to take anybody who listens to this with me on this how to become a better version of myself journey. And one of the steps that I am taking is started doing morning pages. If you don't know what that is, Google it. And I highly suggest if you buy the book, read it and start doing it. And I just want to read some parts of what I wrote a few days ago, which it just comes out. You don't think about it

Come with me in this self diacovery journey which I share bits and snippets of how I’m trying to find myself and become a better version of myself

Hi, Irene. Thank you for sharing. I think morning pages are awesome. I I've done them before at different periods of time. But the tool of, like, sitting down and just stream of consciousness writing, um, for a certain amount of time, I always do it for 20 minutes. Just my one rule is not to pick up the pen from the paper

Thank you so much for sharing this. I love the artists way and morning pages. I really need to get back into doing them. I really do see a difference in my day when I take the time to do that in the morning. I can relate so much to what you shared

Hey, Irene. I love morning pages. I discovered the Artists Way in Morning Pages in 2017, late 2017, and I haven't looked back. I've definitely had periods where I haven't done it as frequently, but what I find my idea is I'll always come back to it when I need it, in the sense that if I've got a lot on my plate or I just can't quite get out of my head, I'll do morning pages
