Missing my Dad

article image placeholderUploaded by @introspection
But he always liked the roosters crowing, the little small thing, his dog scratching on the kitchen window, kitchen door. And made me wonder how or why I acquired such a passion for the small things that I adore in life, like mountains and scenery and friends, trust. I believe he had all those things for me, and I think that I just want to have those things for other people, too. Thanks for listening

Just reading that Facebook post, your dad seems like such a wonderful, wonderful man. I love just seeing his gratitude and his sunshine through that post. Not everyone speaks that way with just so much joy and sunshine, so yeah, I really can't imagine. But you're you're doing a great job, and it's okay to miss him and to feel all the things and yeah, he seemed like a great man, so thanks for sharing

It makes it so sweet to come back to that. Anyway, I appreciate your vulnerability and your heart. I don't often come on here and speak on what it was like to lose a father. My father was 49 when he passed away, so definitely tragic and unexpected. But as his life, it's tough, but it teaches us so freaking much about ourselves and about this whole d*** thing
