I'm here to have fun. And yeah, it's going to be a whole vibe, but yeah. So I guess in honor of Mental Health Awareness month it is may is Mental Health Awareness Month. For those of you all who did not know, a question or a topic that has been on my mind for a while is the topic of self care. And I've seen somebody ask this on Twitter the other day. They asked, what does self care look like to you?

Of course, none of that sounds fun, but in time it can become something that is like a new habit. So I think self love and self care is about building healthy habits because although it sucks at the beginning, it doesn't always suck. It doesn't stay there, and that's something important to note. So that's kind of how I feel about self care

You leave and go get a massage, excuse me for an hour, but come back home to all your problems or a spa, or you go out for brunch and you come back to all your problems. A weekend getaway, which I don't know about anybody else, but you can even go away for a weekend without really spending less than $1,000

It's going to become like second nature. And yes, in the beginning, it's going to be rough, it's going to suck. You're going to complain about it, for sure. But then after a while, you're going to see why you had to put in the work and see that it was so worth it. So, yes, agree. And thank you. Thank you. Appreciate you. Bye

And I'm not going to lie, there would be times where I'd be like, oh, no, I'm not dealing with this right now. I'm just going to go and do like a staycation. Okay, you do the staycation, but like you said, you come back and then the problems are still there. Now you're more broke and your problems are still there. You know what I mean? And that doesn't help anybody. But I feel like balance is important
