And I'm tired of people trying to put down mental illness because of what they feel like it could be. And I'm just kind of, like, listen. Again, at the end of the day, we don't all look the same. We don't talk the same, we don't walk the same. We all have different journeys, we all have different struggles. I know people that literally were diagnosed with the same thing, and it looks completely different between both of them

Hey, SIS, thank you so much for inviting me to this conversation. I hear everything that you're saying and I do agree that mental illness can present itself in so many different ways that it's sometimes hard to pinpoint what a mental illness actually looks like or how it's diagnosed because it simply just presents itself in many different ways. However, I'm going to come from the flip side of what you said and say that we have a tendency to blame everything on mental illness

And I just want to say, you write about that mental illness has no face and you can't really tell, you know, I'm saying, nowadays you can't tell, man. They could be talking to you just as normal, but got some dark, dark, black, deep hurt pain, you know, that trauma that they couldn't let go during their childhood or not even maybe during their childhood

It really don't. I've dealt with people actually, I've worked with people with different mental illnesses. And I do know that mental illness has different levels. I work with adults with no more than a fifth grade education. And sometimes you can't see that they have mental illnesses because the way they dress, the way they talk, the way they behave. But when you speak to them on a serious level, then you start seeing certain things. So it does have different levels
