Society has been much more accepting of new ideas like increasing diversity, but still hold on to categorizing tattoos as unprofessional. Tattoos have become the modern form of self expression and do not dedicate the professionalism behind an employment. That being said, employee in today's society should not back on restrictions they put on those with tattoos. So thank you for today
