Attitude of Gratitude

article image placeholderUploaded by @iamwriting
Think about things that have been going right, however small they might be, and then make gratitude a practice for those things that have been blessings in disguise in life. When we do that, everything seems a little more bearable. We feel a little stronger, a little calmer. To be able to take on life's challenges, to be able to focus on the things that need our attention. Because it doesn't feel like everything in life is going wrong

Hi, Aditi. I think I definitely, definitely needed to hear this today because I have been having a couple of sort of low days where I've been feeling like things are going a little haywire around me and I've just been trying to make sense of things, just have been trying to push through. But I think this is something that I really needed to hear

Hi, Aditi. I think what you've said in this podcast, a lot of people need to hear this and act upon this. What you said about the small things in life that mean a lot, it is true even when a lot of things in your life are going bad, you should look at the small things in life that are going well. And I also do this, and it generally makes a person happier. So I think everyone should practice this. Thank you for your wonderful speech

August 2020, I would call it, as was one of the most disturbing phases of my life. And that is like, August 7 was the day when my life was shredded. I mean, really, I did not know. How would I compile all those broken pieces? How will I compile myself back again to be normal? How would I live, even? That was the question. And I definitely felt like I should finish my life. There is nothing left for me
