Staying cool in the heat 🥵

article image placeholderUploaded by @iamkedeja
So give me some ideas, because I have the popsicles. Drinking, of course, drinking a lot of water. My AC, I'm really trying to turn it off when I'm not here, or keep it at a certain level when I'm not here, like, increase it up a little bit. So when I come home, I'll lower it, but it won't burn the energy too much. They're just trying all sorts of ways and it's just hot

You. Hey there, Khadija girl. I understand now our temperatures here in Missouri have not peaked. Where yours? Have we've been in the hundreds. As a matter of fact, I believe today we may have reached 100. And so it also gets humid here. So I feel your pain with that heat. Kind of listening to your journey reminded me, though, of as a child, of course, I was living in Missouri then too. Moved to Minnesota for a while
