Taking in another person aura or energy

So practicing mindfulness is one of those things that's important when it comes down to protecting yourself from taking on another person's energy. And I'm not saying you have to not speak to that person or not be around that person, but being fully aware of what's going on, being present in that moment is so important. And I think at times, I think everyone does this. Maybe not the Dalai Lama, I don't know. But I think a majority of people, we do this

And I guess on those days like that, I just say, well, if I just stay away from everybody, you know what I mean, or I'll just stay in, you know what I mean, or whatever, that it'll be all good. But the fact of the matter is anytime you're walking around in that condition, then your spirit is telling you that something's wrong
