What Did You Really See Today?

article image placeholderUploaded by @IAmJoydeVie
Welcome, friends. What did you really see today? What did you see today? I am continuing my reading of Anam Kara, written by John O'Donohue. These words, anam kara means soul friend in the celtic world. And in this particular part of the book, the author is inviting us to examine how we see the world around us and how we see ourselves. And he says here, in asking this question, what did you really see today?

Thank you for this wonderful reminder, because, you know, when I go for my walks, my morning walks, I see so many people scrolling on their phones, and I want to go up to them and say, put down your phone. There's so much beauty around you. Look at the leaves, look at the birds, look at the sky. They're all evidence for us to believe in something beautiful and wonderful. Thank you for the reminder. Bye
