Do Something! Anything!

It's with so much to be thankful and grateful for these days. I've been inundated with a few I'm going to say complaining people. I'm going to tell them, you know, get off the complaint pot. Do something different, anything. Someone says they want to write the book, I'm telling them to pick up the pen. Someone says they want to redecorate the house. So let's start off in bite sized pieces. What's the first thing you can do?

And it's also really good advice for when you're like, when you feel stuck or you feel paralyzed, you feel sad, like just changing your body around instead of sitting, maybe go for a little walk or stand up, pace around the room. Just a minor change can really adjust our perspective, adjust how we're feeling in our body and get us to that first step, to take that first step into into action. So I really liked listening to this

Because we want to keep it light. We want to keep life what it truly is. It is a joy. It is wonderful to be here and to be able to express our gifts and talents and do the things that we're called to do. So we give our self's permission and we take that bit by bite by bite step and it all works out. Thank you for your reply
