Hate in the workplace
So in that positioning and that tenure, so to speak, when the management or leadership makes a decision that they are going to start bringing in new people, that's usually coming from a place of needing more staff, needing more help. Or leadership is aware of the fact that they are individuals that are problematic and causes them to lose other workers
I also am responding to this with the hopes that it will boost it so that others can stumble onto this message who do need to hear it. Because I feel like, unfortunately, there's a lot of people working a lot of jobs all around the world, but especially in this nation, who could stand to learn something from this influential pod cast. So thank you for taking the time to share a little bit about it. And it's obviously something that you've overcome

Hello. You are welcome. And thank you for saying that to really bring even more food for thought. Thank you for enduring so that others so that is not a way that I looked at it before. So that gave great food for thought. So enduring and going through and having these experiences and then being able to find the voice to share and finding that it's helping others and like you said, even more so around the world in the different workspaces. So no problem at all
