Our needs within both of those fears as a spouse or as a parent are completely overlooked and we are not allowed have to grieve over the fact that we are not being taken care of in either of them. So that's my two cent for today. Do let me know what your thoughts are

So in certain ways I do hear you. And in certain ways I think changing the narrative could be really beneficial because you should be allowed to grieve whatever the h*** you want, whether it be something child related, relationship related. I don't see it as though people can't crave lost marriages or failed relationships. I think that's allowed. I think death is the thing that people often see as the most common form of grief. Like, oh, let's grieve death relationships
