You need to get together with people who want what you've want, and you need to set a plan and set some rules and go about getting it in order to achieve anything. Be the teams that you're rooting for instead of rooting for somebody else. Root for yourself. Become a coach and a player. It's not what you make. It's what you stack

When you surround yourself with only quality people, you have no choice but to take bigger action, achieve bigger things, want to do better things, because you don't want to let those people down. I remember when I was in the military, and I was in charge of lots of soldiers throughout my 24 year military career, I did not want to let those soldiers down. Yeah, sure, there were soldiers that were better than me, but you know what? I was in charge
I did 33 years in prison and that's a whole other type of indoctrination into this system of ours in the United States. But I thank you very much for what you said. I thank you very much for being willing to help me along the way way and you understand what it is that most people don't understand and I appreciate that more than you can know

I find I have to align myself with people who are where I would like to grow to and beyond versus people who are at the same level as I am, at the same journey point as I am because majority of the people at the same journey point as I am, are not willing to collaborate, are not willing to help, are not willing to share resources, are not willing to be each other's cheerleaders
