Show God the beauty of his own creation!
What's going on, my Swole family? Hopefully everyone had a blessed day. Just wanted to share with you guys a quick thought of mine, which is that we need to begin to show God the beauty of his own creation. What do I mean by that? Stop being lazy. Get to work. Show God what his creation is capable of. Make God proud of what he sees in you. He only gives you one body. Make sure you take care of it

And we need to think about it that way with our bodies as well. So you have me kind of convicted this morning, but I really want to thank you for sharing that. It is definitely giving some good conviction to really help me know what I need to do and I'm sure it is helping other people as well. So thank you again and blessings to you on your fitness journey and everything else that you have going for yourself. And I hope you have a wonderful Sunday
