What's the first thing that comes to your mind when you think about a pleasurable experience? By definition, pleasure is a feeling of happiness and satisfaction and enjoyment. And this can come from interactions with people, plants, spirituality, food, and so much more. When we recall joy, we reclaim joy. So in this series, I'm going to be sharing my pleasure stories and stories from others, and I hope that these bring some type of pleasure and deepening of joy in your day

Hi. Happy New Year. I really love this theme that you have for your series and I just wanted to share. One of mine is being out in nature. And today to start my new year, I went on a long hike and there was a beautiful view at the top. And that is one of my pleasures is being able to spend time out in nature and especially being able to sit in the sun and just enjoy being in the moment

I remember feeling divine alignment and connection with the universe and with this person. It felt like cool spring water refreshing my skin while the sun beamed down on my skin is what it felt like. I remember feeling appreciated and accepted. And I remember I cried because literally a couple of hours before I received the text, I was having a thought about, hey, what do you want to plan for your birthday?

First off, thank you. Thank you for listening and for sharing, like a pleasurable experience, because I definitely connect with that one as well, being out in nature, especially in the mountains. I live in Colorado, so driving up to the mountains is fairly accessible to me, and it is one of the most beautiful things, things to experience. And also in Japan, they call forest bathing
