Intro

Hey, everyone. This is Luna. Want to start this new little project here? Just creating little mini podcasts to get everybody's day going. I'm recording this at about 05:30 A.m. Today. 05:45 A.m.. I've been thinking about doing this for a while, just creating these little mini podcasts. Just get that morning message out there for whoever needs to hear it, whoever needs a little motivation to get the day going, including myself

Hey, Luna, good to hear from you, man. This is a pretty epic introduction, let me tell you. Good welcome. First time seeing you here. One is definitely thinner. Warm welcome. And beyond that, I looked at the book on Amazon and it seems really, really interesting. So I'm probably going to check it out when I finish reading my current nonfiction selection, then I will dive intro this one. But yeah, man, you really played it out there for us

Yo, what's up, type? Thanks for the thanks for the reply. Thanks for the warm welcome here. Definitely my first attempt at these little five mini conversations. I have heard of the book that you mentioned, Joseph Campbell, and I actually heard of it from I don't know if you've ever heard of the Books of Titan's podcast or Books of Titan's Instagram. I really don't listen to the podcast that much, but I do follow the Books of Titan's Instagram

Before listening to this introduction, I heard that it was your average go get in motivational speech. But after listening to it, I heard something that really piqued my interest. I heard lift weights, eat healthy, go outside but what if you already do that and it just doesn't do anything for you? Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that is an issue that many people have, especially if they are either adolescents or young adults

I think everybody at a certain point in time may need to talk to someone who doesn't judge them and who will listen to them, and perhaps that will help you find happiness. The other thing that I would suggest is that you get a notebook, get a journal, and write down all the things that you are grateful for every day. It doesn't matter how big or how small it is
