So that was a huge revelation. And whenever I feel like I need to do more or I need to address certain other things and I feel like I can't, it most definitely ties back to my sleeping habits. And, yeah, it's huge. It's super important. And I'm really grateful that you're on here outlining it so clearly, because, god, I wish I would have heard this when I was younger. Super important.
