This is a staggering number, considering the fact that so many people are identifying that mental health is a huge concern of theirs

And then something happens where this person who already has experience with suffering, with different kinds of mental health issues, they might react in a way that most people wouldn't react, and then they are never going to live it down because it's embarrassing. And then you're ashamed and you're a poster child for what not to do when you have an episode of it's called, some doctors would call it an acute psychiatric episode

Hey, Ruby, I'm glad that you used the word stigma. I think I might have used it, but I don't remember. But I'm glad you used it. And I think that's part of the mountain we're climbing and why this well cast is so important. The first hurdle is stigma and shame. And then after that, there's all this beautiful, uncharted territory where there can be not just the normalization, but the easing of the pain. You talk about seasonal depression

Then she gave him a butterfly kiss, and she took a deep breath as she wistfully sighed and then traded her memory for this. I've always been me, but not always like this. There was once when I thought I had died. I was shrouded in darkness till my wing, till I grew my wings. See, I needed that darkness to fly. So, yes, let us remember that having a broken heart does not determine our future or our past mishaps
