And I do believe it directly connects to our well being, our mental well being, because sometimes we can get into a real corner and lose perspective. In fact, I want to do another quote that's not in this image, but it's by one of my favorite spiritual teachers, thich nhat hanh. And he said, with mindfulness, you can establish yourself in the present in order to touch the wonders of life that are available in that moment. I really believe that, too

It also reminds me of the time, you know, when I was back home in Virginia, living in the country and driving out and seeing just fields and fields of stars and all of those things, if you can call them, that, make me feel, wonder, even just thinking about them, because it, it's sort of a reminder of how small we are, the universe, and how we should just delight more in our natural surroundings and how we really should be maybe a little bit more playful when we go out and into these areas, into these places, and just maybe get off of our phones for a little bit and just sit there and look and listen and just relax ourselves and understand that we are really part of this grand

We don't know the full truth. And although I'm not religious, that sense of wonder you get from the smallest things on this earth, it keeps you curious about the larger plan, if there is one. Thank you for this topic and hope you have a good day

These answers are so beautiful. And Kim, I love the light bulb image. I have light bulbs all the time when I'm listening here and I wanted to respond specifically to mire of musing, I forget your name but you were talking about the little things, the drips in the shower that you were noticing on that very hard day for you and that beautiful man that helped save your life

But something that came to mind about this topic was when my daughter was a baby, and I was living by myself with her as a single mother. And as all mothers go through at nighttime, when you try to get them to sleep and they don't want to go to sleep, and they're crying, you know, lots of crying, lots of. Lots of stress, of

Wow. So, see, this was such a visual swell for me to drop into with. I know exactly when leaves dance and the light plays with them and the sound and the. I just smelled it and saw it. It's beautiful. And just those micro moments that are magnificent. It's like looking at the dots of a ladybug. It's just beautiful. Thank you
