When You Realize You Have PTSD

And then somebody said, you know what this is is that you have ptsd from the last incident that you had. And I thought, dang, this is right because there's really nothing going on and I'm freaking out. So there was some stuff in the beginning of the year, but that came down and I was still reacting this way. Anyhow, I'm just curious if any of you have experienced this and how you got through it. Give me a share homo sanity out

And so thank you. That's all I have to say. Just thank you. I appreciate your swell cast and your point of view. And thanks for getting us, us all thinking about what's best for our mental health. I'll talk to you later

@homosanity Breathe. Release. Move Forward.

Just taking some deep breaths and baking what's on your heart, what do you feel? And then maybe utilizing mantras, I am safe, I am secure, am powerful. I am wanted. I am loved. I am an expert. I am right. Like, whatever mantras make sense and move forward. But no matter what, you're always going to be okay. Everything always works out. So I hope that helps. Talk to you soon

They're listening thinking about what they have to say next based off of something you've said. So. But yeah, I'm not always proud of the things that I struggle with on a mental health level. It's definitely not fun, it's definitely not confidence boosting. But I do know that it's made me a more compassionate person, a more caring person. And for that reason, I am grateful for that part because

So this gives me something to think about, about being the CEO of my life and that with this having happened and what happened in the past, which was last summer, which wasn't long ago, really, that was so traumatic for me that I still have control here as far as where I stay and where I go. And realistically, there are some changes I'm trying to make. I'm trying to become an author, a published author. I'm looking at doing some life coaching also

@homosanity Your life, your way! #exciting #congrats #future

And then when things come up and arise where they're not serving you, then you just make those decisions and you just say whatever you're looking for in life, it either is going to work or you have to change something about that or change the space itself. But the only final thing in life is death, right? Everything else, everyone else is movable, changeable, replaceable. As much as I know people are like, oh, you're not replaceable. Try again

And you learn how to teach the curriculum, and you learn a ton of stuff about motorcycles and safety and how to communicate that to other people and teach them so that they don't, you know, they can be safer on the road. But anyway, part of it is you have to actually do the course, right? So you're riding the course, and you're riding the exercises that your class will be riding someday
