So I guess the question again is should we continue Sunday? Sunday thought recognize birthdays anymore. It depends on you. I don't mind still recognizing my birthday, but I feel blessed every day. Every day is a blessing to be upon the earth. But it doesn't hurt to celebrate the day of your birth either. So those are just my Sunday thoughts. Thank you for listening. For me, it's just like another day. And I feel like every day should be celebrated, not just on a particular day. Should we be grateful that we're here? Sure, why not? But I think we should be grateful every day, not just on that day. I am, at 40 years old, barely starting to slowly celebrate birthdays. But no, I don't think there's a need to celebrate

And I thought that was pretty cool that it's like our version of the Sweet 16. I just turned 41 yesterday, so all my life I've celebrated birthdays. But me and my husband, we're at the point where if we don't exchange gifts or if we don't go out on our birthdays, then that's fine, because we celebrate and have blessed days every day anyway. So, um but, you know, yesterday was fun, though, you know, going out to dinner

The presence of friends and the expression of good wishes helps to protect us. The one celebrating that birthday. Well, it makes sense because well, I believe it's the opposite, because everyone is happy for you. So the energy is actually high vibrational. So it's a very good time to make a wish
