So I hope this encourages all of you out there. Again, this is specifically for the type two diabetic community, but yet and still, it's great to hear that these two women have reversed this chronic illness. So I'm inspired. Thank you so much for listening, and I hope you all enjoy your Friday. Bye

But I have controlled it better by not eating as much as what I want and trying different things, vegetables, fruits, more water, stuff like that. But my vice is juice. I love juice. I cannot help it. That's me. But it's so good to hear that these women have done this, and that just inspires me more to get on the bandwagon and say, you know what? You're not going to get me. And to try to do something different

But I said, I'm not going to let this defeat me, of course, because life still goes on and I'd rather live a life where my choices are sustainable because of joy instead of depressed, because I can't get certain things and participate in certain activities. And I said something else in the group as well. Something along the lines of diabetes, in a way, is saving my life because I don't know what other type of worse, I don't know

It's. Thank you, Erica. I really appreciate that. Just now I was checking my sugar and it was like 320, so now it's 267. So I got to get it down even further. But, yeah, it's because of juice. I try to water it down and add a whole abundance of ice to it because I don't get the sugar free. But I'm going to have to tell my husband because he's the one who buys it for me
