And I remember it was a book that I absolutely I gave it five stars because many businesses and corporations and even entrepreneurs, what they don't realize is that the thing that drives your business, okay, that fuel that keeps it going is great customer service. Yes, you have the talent, the brains, the degrees, the resources to build your business. But the reason why a lot of businesses are able to thrive and continue to thrive is because they have great customer service
