Because I think the right thing that we did was not giving her the money directly. That's the right thing that we did because we don't know what that money would have been used for and we wanted no further contact. We went through someone who had a level head and who was the realtor, and it worked out that way. We vowed to never be in that position ever again. Ever again. It was not a good position. Now, I do have more stories to tell eventually
