McDonald's have noticed this and so they're going to try to highlight their cheapest meals. You have people turning to products made by small businesses or independent owners. But somehow you believe that a quote unquote breakfast food is a breakfast food, and you don't eat ice cream until later for dessert. You've been brainwashed to think that that many carbs and just the macros being all out of whack is what we call breakfast, supposedly the most important meal of the day, which was probably started by the late Kellogg CEO, who probably paid to have people promote cereal or breakfast as the most important meal of the day so that his company could simply get profits

You. Thank you. Thank you for your reply. And yeah, people do not know how many carbs are truly in oatmeal in cereals. I never knew this, of course, before my illness, but when you look on the back of those boxes, it's crazy. Cereal usually has almost 50 carbs and an oatmeal. Even the natural old fashioned oatmeal have about 30 or so. What I do is I add blueberries for fiber. I don't put any sugar in there
