Of course, iRobot, the movie was inspired by Asimov's novels, the irobot series. But now we're in the era of AI, and I, for one, tried to stay away from Chat GPT and other AI generated programs. I wasn't interested. I can be very two sided
And what is that going to look like when those things sort of come crashing together? When I say that, I don't mean that logistically or practically, because the transhumanist movement is a thing about incorporating technology into the human body and what that looks like going forward. But I'm thinking, like, philosophically, if we have this goal of creating something that's more human, but wanting ourselves to be less human, but now we're going to blend these things, how do you shift your mind?

So first he gives you the pronunciation of the word, the definition of the word, and then he gives you some sort of a story, an animated story in the way that it presents it, that explains the word and its use

And I remember they were interviewing students who have already taken the course. And I still remember a young woman saying that she was proud to think like a computer. Now she said, I now think like a program. No matter what, it helps me solve most of my life problems if I just think like that now. I don't know if she mean that she's trying to be robotic. She did sound robotic a little bit
And I feel bad that anyone feels that need. But at the same time, I feel like we are creating a culture that says, you're only worthy, you're only acceptable if you look good, or if this or that or whatever the fill in the blank thing is, and that is destructive. And to think that people are internalizing these messages to such a degree that they feel they have to change their bodies, that's devastating
