So you have it as a great snack that's already prepared and it tastes so, so good. And all of these that I mentioned doesn't involve any type of refined white sugars. The fruit smoothie fruits have their own natural sugar, fructose, which is why some diabetics can't eat certain fruits, depending on how high on the glycemic scale the fruit is. But those are the three snacks

That is very filling. And when I have overnight oats for breakfast, I'm not hungry again until like two or 03:00 in the afternoon. It just kind of fills you up. I don't add any sugar to it. I just add bananas and me some mango, some dried fruit. But thanks. Bye

Hey Javon, thank you for chiming in. So yeah, stevia is the sugar of choice for me now. When I do baking or anything like that, I do use half stevia, half regular sugar or half stevia, half brown sugar and that helps out a little bit too. So yeah, stevia has become my new sugar of choice, especially when it comes to the decaf coffees and herbal teas that I drink. I use nothing but stevia in there

Every diabetic is different. So what's interesting is I cannot eat red apples. I spike with red apples, but granny apples are much better. So I use granny apples with peanut butter. I'm not much of a smoothie fan, but the last suggestion you had with the oats, I'm going to listen to that again and maybe give that a try. That sounds appealing. Thanks for sharing this. Watermelon is very high on the glycemic scale. Right. I think it's right there at maybe 75 or 80 something. So some people would avoid it. But the good thing about watermelon is that the majority of it is water. So it doesn't have what's called a high glycemic load. But again, everybody's bodies is different. So that's the thing about diabetes. There's different rubrics and dietary guidelines, but everyone's bodies is different. So thank you for sharing that
