And then there are some places where the food may be excellent, but you get treated so horribly that you feel like you're being abused and you don't want to come back. When I go somewhere, I want the whole total experience to be on point. The food again, everybody prepares food differently. And every food is not going to be five star. But you know what? Four star meal, five star customer service. I will be back. That's just how it is

People might put a little different seasoning on it, but I have gone to places where the food is okay, it's good, but the customer service is awesome every time I go there, even when they're having a bad day. And it's not that you expect for people to smile and kikiki all the time, but treat me as if like I am coming as I'm patronizing your business. Don't treat me like I am an imposition on you

In actuality, I might turn around and be like, okay, you must not want my business today, so I will leave. If I don't feel comfortable in your restaurant, I'm not eating your food. So that's what makes me most mad about it is that all the other people there won't be helped because now he's going to go home because he has to he has to protect his family. This is annoying. It's irritating. It's petty and it's stupid

That's what we say on my job. We don't call anyone failures or that someone did wrong. It's an area of opportunity. This is a perfect, wonderful opportunity to become even more stellar. Because if you're saying that you have the best food now, you can work on having the best customer service now. You can just be five stars all around now. But they're not going to see it that way. They see it as someone picking on them

According to some other content creators, the restaurant did say that, but I don't know, in that case, they might need to be even more clear and say, look, we don't serve regular people here, so if you're not making a million and up a year, just don't come through our doors. I wish they would just be honest with that, as you said, because I respect honesty. No matter how dingy or cringey it could be

Hey, thank you for commenting on this. Now, I will be transparent. I've never heard of Keith Lee until this incident. So I can't speak on if he comments culturally on the restaurants versus sticking solely to the service and inconsistencies with process. I have heard a couple of other reviews, and then I'm not saying that they are absolutely correct because I've heard those other reviews from other sources. I have not heard them specifically say that Keith has commented on culture

You just never know what a person's income is like, you know, for instance, like what's his name pharrell well, who's from VA Beach

But in the case of, like, milk and honey, they did have some restaurant rules that were questionable contradictory. Some of them, though I didn't disagree with. Some of them made sense, actually. But people need to just take it as, this is one man's critique. Don't put so much weight on his critique. He gave his thoughts, and he was thorough. He was unbiased. I will give him that. From what I understand, he was unbiased

And other people who go there regularly may go there on a good day, or they never even experienced it at all. But because we are in an age of social media and everybody gets to watch these moments, there are people who will say, that's totally unacceptable. Even if they've done it one time, that's totally unacceptable. And I stand with them on that. There are just some things that's just not acceptable. Waiters get tired. The cooks get tired
