And it's interesting because sometimes my wife will eat my food and she'll say, oh, my God, one of these days I'm going to put you through cooking school. But I don't know, I feel like that could sort of take away some of the adventure or the feelings that I get when stumble upon something new that I didn't know how to do. If you know how to do everything, maybe it's not that exciting anymore. Anyways, take care

I don't cook soul food yet, but I have cooked some Asian dishes and some other dishes that I haven't cooked before. So onwards and upwards from here. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts
