So, for example, when I would think about myself losing weight, I thought about myself getting up five days a week exercising. I thought about myself eating a little bit less. I even imagined, because Envisioning really is imagining, I imagined fitting into clothes that I would see in the mall, finally, and spending less money. So those are just a couple of things.
