How did I break my good habits?😳

I meditated for 30 days, I went to bed on time for 30 days, or what you would consider going to bed on time. I'm used to going to bed at 01:00 A.m. And 02:00 a.m. In the morning. But using atomic habits, I said, okay, let me keep it realistic. I'll just start going to bed at least at 11:00 or midnight. So I stuck to that plan. And then 2022, I broke those good habits

I’m asking myself the same thing!

And as I consider that now, I'm looking at reestablishing certain triggers and reminders and things that will help me rebuild. And even more so, the point that you made that James Clear shares in the book, taking it step by step and day by day and being intentional each day to help us redevelop the habit, I think is what's most important. I think we look at the big picture and it can be overwhelming

Hi, Brandie. Wow. Thank you for responding. And I definitely will have to put that book on my list, the habits of the household, I think you said. So yeah, I'm definitely going to have to do that. And it's just me and my husband. So I imagine that having a full family with children, you have to be creative and get some self help to maintain households. So I imagine that it's a little more busy than my household
