Another TYPE 2 Diabetic Reversed Their Illness! + What They DID To Put Themselves Into Remission— You Can Too!😀

article image placeholderUploaded by @BunBunsBookPick
So I'm always just blessed to hear these stories because they are so encouraging. I know that diabetes is an internal type of condition, and it's pretty scary. It may not be like other forms of sicknesses, but it is a beast to manage a lot, and it gets on our nerves. But, yeah, another type two diabetic has successfully reversed their disease and without meds

Erica, that's amazing. Thanks for sharing. I just saw your other one about the music, and I saw this one because I recognized your name. And this is much more of if we had to compare the two, which I'm not a big fan of comparing. Right. But if we had to compare the two, I think this one is much more worth sharing. This is amazing. I had no idea that that was even possible to that level, but it makes total sense

But as you can tell from the majority of my swells, I prefer to talk about people who are actually healing. Or of course, books. I love talking about books. So something in my heart said, you know what? I need to talk about this person last night. Because people need to know that type two diabetes can definitely be reversed. Just getting into better mental practices and eating healthier, changing lifestyle

Hi, Erica. Thank you for sharing. I just have a couple questions. So my mother in law, or soon to be mother in law, has type two diabetes. And I was just wondering because she's had it for quite some time now, how long have these people that have healed themselves from type two diabetes, how long did they have it and how long did it take for them to heal themselves? Thank you

And he started noticing some changes, I think, now, some successful changes now, I believe, and that's without medications for him as well. It definitely takes dedication. I mean, I have my bad days. I'm not out of the woods yet with it. I have successfully lowered my a one c in three months, which is, according to my doctors, that's really phenomenal. But I still have a ways to go because every now and then, I eat what I want

Hi, Erica. Becky here from visions, expression. And this is so amazing that in your support group that you have witnessed two other people control and reverse their disease, not need medication with, like you said, diet and exercise. And there are times we need medication. My dad is 81 years old, his type two diabetes. He goes to the gym three times a week, he walks his dog every day and he was on the pills to begin with

And I drink herbal teas, and I've been watching what I eat. I have cheat days every now and then where I eat something as funky. But my blood sugars have been fine without the medications. I'll still take it if I'm able to get the meds, but my goal is to come off the meds completely. So hearing your father's story and hearing other people's story is really inspiring to me. Me. So thank you so much for sharing
