I felt overcome with joy and peace, as usual. But I was supposed to be helping my husband and I at the time, we were like stand in ushers. This was a nondenominational church. We were like, stand in. And so I was supposed to be helping the other women so they wouldn't fall over or anything like that where they were dancing. And then I just started dancing, too. I was thinking to myself the entire time, oh, this is what it feels like

But I'm getting back into doing some yoga, stretching for the limb birth, and when I get a little bit elliptical, so I can pedal here. But, yeah, the dancing in church is something that I did, too. And then we used flags and kind of whipped them around like you would nunchucks, and you spin them real fast, and they look awesome. And my three kids were doing the flags

As black as I am, I just don't have rhythm. And so when it comes to dancing in the church, you can feel the spirit all you want to, and you can move, but there are certain people that just move with rhythm, and so they have a pretty dance. And I remember being at. We were at a different church. Like, a couple of my friends went to hear this pastor speak, and we're at a different church

My silly behind say, yeah, sure. Yeah. And when you do hip hop, it's a lot of grounding of the knees and bending and you have to be on time. Like, you have to be on top of things, but that comes with dance, period. And I remember that everyone kept saying, erica's not moving right, she's moving too slow, she's slowing us down. She's not moving right
