But over time, you're going to want to walk. Over time, you're going to want to try the equipment. Don't beat yourself up. That's the name of the game. So even for me this year, I have several goals that I want to achieve. But guess what? I'm just going to live one day at a time and take it one step at a time. Especially when it comes to my fitness

Greetings and happy New Year's. Erica. What a great post. I love the analogy of us being puzzles, being built one piece at a time. I totally agree with this post. Going into the new year, I know a lot of people are setting resolutions, as you said, and setting goals for themselves, but as you alluded to the research, I agree with you on that also. The research does show that people burn themselves out and don't complete their resolutions

And we are a puzzle being built one piece at a time. We have to see where we fit. We're not always a good fit. In certain places, fish aren't a good fit if they're sitting in tree branch trying to catch seeds. So we are all a puzzle being built one piece at a time

So I will be doing a swell in a few moments and I will definitely invite you to it because I found this really helpful tool that this youtuber that I follow was talking about out and I am definitely going to try to make some time to work on it

So when we would go to her house, I miss her old house, there would be beautiful puzzle pictures hanging up in frames. She was always so crafty. Anyway, I miss her applesauce breads, and she made her own dolls. So, yeah, it was kind of nostalgic when I was even doing the swell about puzzles because she absolutely enjoyed puzzles. And that's how we have to see life. And you're right, we could see puzzle building in two ways
