I'm very thankful for those Instacart shoppers who send me a quick note saying, hey, I can't get out of the car, but my boyfriend or my girlfriend is going to be the one to deliver to your door. I love that because I'm not going to be surprised. My thing is I'm real easy person to work with and I'm just very flexible. That's just my personality. So my thing is communication. So that's been a problem for some people, but not me. I'm not going to change the tip. As far as, like you said, an Uber person or DoorDash, right? You see the person, you see the kind of car they're driving, and then someone else comes up to you. Yeah, that's tricky. I've had that happen recently at work

Hey, Tanya, you touched on a very important point there. We're in the age of having to pay first and give a tip first without even knowing if the service is going to be great or not. So on top of paying for our meal and then paying extra money for driver fees, taxes, and other things, we now have to give that, that tip. And in many cases, the service is not good
