Sometimes I DABBLE In the Ratchet, Sometimes I’m Deep As the Black Hole

Which is why I did review the book stolen focus, because it shed light on a lot of the ways that negative, toxic things steal our focus. There have been a lot of things that could potentially take our focus over the years, way before social media, and people have found ways to deal with that. It's just like a person who works 24/7 every now and again. It's okay to take a weekend off. It's okay to go to movies

We all have our ratchetness that we dabble in, whether it's comedy or just a good old fashioned tea that be in the shade room or whatever it is that you delve into, but it's definitely needed. It's necessary. What's the saying? All work and no play makes Jill a dull girl. Yeah, we don't want to do that. And I'm wanting to tell you, when you become dull, it's a little hard to resharpen yourself to get to those other areas

They really would. I loved it because it was just so fun and so dramatic. And then I found myself reading them so much that I was missing out on other kinds of stories. And so I laid those to rest for a while. But just for fun. I know I'm going to be picking those back up again. I don't know when. Probably soon. But yeah, you don't want to become dull. You want to be a nice, well balanced person

It's so another. It's okay, too. I remember one time I was reading when I own one of my urban novels and my friend said to me, oh, I didn't take you as the type. I said, excuse me, what did you take? What type did you take me as? Like, if I came in here with a cowboy love story, it will be the same difference, would it? You wouldn't take me as the type

And then I come up for air and I go to a different one. For instance, right now I'm still reading the history of Emily Dickinson, but I'm also reading neon gods at the same time, so I'm trying to get through them. Going to some other books to review for you all, but yeah, thank you so much for contributing
