So if you got a pot of water on the stove, it'll boil. But if you keep watching it, it's not going to do that. It's the same thing with weight. If you just keep checking your weight every day and obsessing about it because you want to look a certain way, then you're going to be disappointed. The main thing you should do is just focus on your health. And just like I mentioned about Mila Clark, I've mentioned her a few times already
