So these parts of ourselves that maybe we're not even aware of because we stuff it down, the things that we label as unattractive traits, behaviors, feelings. And for me, I'm so soft and tender and feminine. But the flip side of it is that I can be moody, I can be angry, I can be fearful. There's the opposite of these things
