I feel fine because now I have a little bit of worry of, is this wave of grief going to hit me again? Or if I feel better, then that means that my ex is also getting over me and feeling better as well. So two things about that whole thing, actually, maybe multiple. One, being it's great that I had a great week and I definitely should not be feeling guilty about that. And two, comparison is the thief of joy
