That way people view you as approachable. I listened intently, I didn't say anything, I had no objections. But in my head I said, see, it was meant for me to get off that Facebook dating profile app because the app I need to get on and reactivate my profile on not that my profile was deactivated, but you can pay the premium level access, and it kind of improves your odds for connections. Is the LinkedIn profile app? Yep. I was up on that bad boy

Because you kind of give up and you're like, okay, I guess I'll settle for less. But it's like, man, the h*** with that. Yeah, I just got bored of the dating apps. And it's weird because I would match, but nothing comes out of it. For example, when I match with them, I will send them a message. They would reply, then I would reply back to their reply, but then they'll never reply back

And as I was mentioning in May as well, I was laughing because I was like, you know, here, I'm deleting the dating app just to now go on my LinkedIn, which is a professional app to put myself out there in a different way again, for work purposes. After the interaction I have with my leader yesterday, I just don't want to be micromanaged at all. I don't

Whoa. Talk about a plot twist. I so was not expecting for you to say that it was LinkedIn, but I can understand you 100%. I am also noticing a lot of college graduates and I always been said, well, before I even went to school, I'm 32, so well before I went to school, a lot of people would say that and I'm like, no, I'm going to be different

I used to understand some of the workplace politics when I was younger, but I don't care to be involved, which is why I like working from home, because, like you said, them opening your door or her opening your door and stuff like that, people don't understand. Sometimes the job itself can be stressful, but the environment as well, which is why I really be whole not working with a thread

I just no longer am interested in the politics, the antics, or any of those things. And I have experienced enough to know the difference of working with someone who is an experienced leader in comparison to an inexperienced leader. And I just don't I no longer have the stomach or the mental fortitude for it

We in this together. But with your PhD, I should be sending you my resume because, I don't know, I feel like it's a good resume. I write resumes for others, but I don't be getting a lot of bites because I've been looking for some, like, part time work from home work in addition to this, just for like a Todo for a few months to earn a few checks, to pay certain things and purchase certain things

Hey. Thank you for the well wishes. I've inhaled and exhaled and decided to use this time to do thoughtful and intentional inquiries to what I believe is the best next step step for me versus before where when I was unemployed and it was. I need to find employment now to be grateful for where I'm at and use this opportunity to take my time to make sure that it's mutual. Good fit

Hey. I am all about women coming together to support and encourage and uplift one another and absolutely, you know, it's easier to look at someone else's CV and critique it and give advice. And then when it comes down to your own, you're like, because it is your body of work and things you've contributed to it, it becomes a little challenging and hard to do that
