I realize this because I. I had to go to the doctors, and the doctor asked me if I worked out because I essentially have a knee sprain right now due to overuse. And the doctor was trying to figure out, you know, what is my mobility? What do I do? What does my life look like? And so I told them what my life looks like and what I do, and they're like, oh, you're totally mobile
