In digging a little deeper, I have been able to uncover that it stems from my childhood where there were times that my parents had, namely my mother had committed to a responsibility, a task, some type of commitment, and didn't follow through. And instead of apologizing for dropping the ball, it would be reversed to belittling what she had committed to, that was important to me, to telling me that I was overreacting and I needed to get over myself, that the world wasn't about me

Yes. I feel like we're taught to, like, think of romantic love as, like, the ultimate love. But I have never felt more commitment, encouragement, and support than in my in my community and in my in collaborators and friends. That's huge. It's definitely underrated. I think it's beautiful that you connected it to your childhood, because I do think so many wounds come from there. All the major ones, I think I don't know

It reminds me of the importance of community and people coming together, sticking together, rallying one another, and understanding that when each of us accomplish a goal, that we all have accomplished a goal because there's the best one more resource out there in the universe that can mentor someone, coach someone, provide a service. And that's what it's about
