Audio recording glitch

Hi Swell, this is JL. Hopefully I'm doing this right. This is my first time leaving a message for Swell team Swell support over the past two weeks and I have communicated by email to Heidi about this and I do acknowledge I do need to join in on the noonday Wednesday calls for the premium support members. What I'm noticing seeing is when I am responding to a swell caster's swell cast, it shows I'm recording

You. Hi. I think what you have is just maybe just individual problem. Because the description you're giving, I have not noticed anything on my end that shows that kind of irregularity. I see. When even now, this message here I'm recording. I can see the audio. Ah. Reacting according to the strength of my voice. Yellow, green, et cetera. So I guess you must contact the help department to troubleshoot you

We think that in some situation and our suspicion is that when the memory is low, the microphone is behaving like this. So we took a look at this and it looks like an OS issue. So our request right now is if you experience this, just please reboot your phone. It'll reset all your apps and will reset your memory and that will fix the issue. Let us know if that fixes the issue and we will also open a support ticket with Apple about this. Thank you

Thank you for getting back with me so quickly and that's what I figured. It was some type of IOS issue. And thank you for also submitting a ticket to Apple so that when they do their next update, maybe they can look into it with that next update. In the interim, when it happens, I will just continue to delete the app and restart my phone it

Hi, so my phone updated to the new 17 iOS dot dot dot and I saw your response and thank you for your patience with the delay in me responding. And it did just do it again where it did the audio glitch and me trying to respond to you. Just a few moments ago. I did delete the app and instead I did your suggestion of restarting my phone and I'm going to stop this recording and post this back as a response to you. So if it posts successfully then checkmark

I don't know. This cannot. I refuse to believe I'm the only sole person on the swell platform that's having this issue. There's got to be other people. Maybe they haven't spoken up yet. Maybe they're about to do what I'm about to do, which is just not engage as much anymore. I'm going to like people swell, but I can't deal with this. Bye

Jl I've been thinking about this all day and I was wondering can you just try this if you don't mind can you turn off your bluetooth and then start your recording and let me know if that helps just IOS

Cancel, cancel, reset, maybe Evelyn's prayer on my I did a separate thread expressing my frustration with this and one of the spellcasters, Lady Phi, did a prayer releasing this barrier from my ability to speak to the world. And I have, as a person of faith, believe that that might have helped because I have not had any audio issues since then
