That evening, as I finally settled into the Airbnb, this man texts me because I was going to use them again for Wednesday on paper, but I honestly was not going to use them again for this move next week from the storage unit to the place I'm moving to. He texts me and cancels for next week, telling me I should pick another moving company. My boyfriend and I have been like, how does this man have 50 be five star reviews? Wow, this. I am not moving, but I'm having a gift of replacement furniture. Long story short, and the whole process has me quite stressed out and trying to figure out who's going to come and take away the old stuff and then how I'm going to get the new stuff and everything else. And so a lot of times when I now am faced with those experiences, it's refreshing to have a supportive man in my life that takes over
I am thinking of you today Jl. If I remember correctly, I mentioned to you however long ago when we had this conversation that I had to hire someone to come take things away while another company was going to bring in new furniture. Today was supposed to be that day when they came and took away all the old stuff. They're an hour late, not deep from them. I have tried phoning them multiple times

They're likely the owner of the company because usually people who operate in these businesses, I mean there larie a few chain businesses, right? At least in the United States, there's like Rotoruder and things like that. But for the most part in your local area, if you google what's going to come up more than those companies are the small mom and pop people. They own their business. They're making a killing in the area. I forgot where I paused

You are so right. And when you need the plumber, you need the plumber. And you'd think that a rating system of some kind, leaving reviews would help to keep those kinds of jobs in check to some degree. But in this day and age, when you can supposedly hire companies to put reviews onto your product, your business, your book, whatever, or you can even have AI do something like that. What's the rating system then?
