Recommendations for CRM
I'm looking for an integrated CRM platform that includes comprehensive email marketing and a broadcast SMS. Whatsapp service? Something similar to what Clicker Tell offers. We're about 50 employees with about money, hundred franchises and about 10,000 clients across the country. Any recommendations would be appreciated
Hi Andre, have you tried HubSpot for email marketing? I have used that in the past, and it has a fairly robust feature set from an email marketing perspective, especially for small to midsized companies. I don't know about the support for FNS and WhatsApp messaging they might not have that I think you may have to add a plugin or something. Once you reach a certain scale, you probably will have to graduate to something like Salesforce
