Lack of sleep in the young adults

I'm saying this, that these boys and girls are awake till very late at 334 sometimes and average they're awake till 230 at night. And again there is a morning, college or routine of getting up at 830 and then again full day. And I feel there's a sleep is not enough for these people. And I'm also seeing some health challenges that are coming up which are not been explained to them or other in the current age

So I don't know what the situation is with you and your children, but I would say that, one, you need to first find out what is the level of awareness among your own family members as to whether a, that it is an addiction and b, that how does that addiction happen? So there are tons of YouTube videos also, which you could share with your children and to make them aware that this is truly an addiction and it's much more dangerous than many other addictions

You, hey, you have taken a very important topic. You have raised a very big topic that is not talked very much and it is a less talked topic that these days younger generations, they have technology, they have smartphone and apps and they spend their time with all these things. But the worrying thing is that they are not having proper sleep and they are not taking proper rest. And definitely this have a very big and adverse impact on their health
