I am the best I know what I want. Everyone loves me. I am successful. Those things I tell to myself. And then at the last I say, get out your negative thought from my life. Never ever come back. That's very useful technique

Hi there. That was pretty enlightening. Yes. The more kind of power that they give to our thoughts, the more we start getting consumed by those thoughts. And we have to remember one thing that you are not your thoughts. You are a separate identity. You are a separate entity. And you must learn to eliminate yourself from those thoughts. Thoughts are just the fragments of your perceptions and nothing more than that

And The Other Technique, You Know, I Must Say That's Technique Which You Sharma Ah In Your Reply That We Should Be Aware Of Our Thought Process, for Example, like What We Are Thinking and What It Is Going To Do With US Or With The Situation. So that Is Another Technique We Can Add In Our Negative Thought Process Situation or Defeating The Negative Thinking
