The two groups that always kill my confidence 😂

Now, I also used to teach toddler gymnastics, and there was a three year old that once asked me, miss Heidi, what are all those red bumps on your face? Spoiler. It was acne. I was 16 and just trying to survive adolescence. So, are these blunt critiques a result of too little experience or maybe too much? Kids might not know what they're saying, and older people? Maybe they just don't care. Wrapping it up

Tbh though the flip side is when a little kid compliments me I feel like a million bucks! 😂 #beautybyheidi #askswell

Thank you, Heidi. I think you're so right. You know, the elderly and the kids both have no filters. And the way they will really tell you stuff, it'll take you by surprise and definitely leave you sometimes embarrassed and sometimes thinking about about your choices in life. Thank you so much for sharing this. Have a lovely day. Bye
