I'm actually doing a media deprivation week, and it's helped me realize how much I rely on little tidbits of video or music or app social media time. How much I rely on that throughout the day is, like, little snacks. Um, but it's definitely feeling really nice to kind of unplug for a little bit

It's it's not enough to just post photos and so forth on Instagram and Facebook. People really need to connect with someone.
